Courtesy of d20 Radio forum member Toy Yoda, here's a nifty little widget for use in your Star Wars RPG games, regardless of whether you play d6, d20, Saga, or some homebrew version.
It's a form-fillable Acrobat file in the form of the datapads used in the now-defunct Star Wars Galaxies MMO, with a selection of images to be put in the top corner. Having done datapad hand-outs in the past, particularly for my Rebellion era Blue Zephyrs series of modules, I really wish I'd had this available back then.
